| Job Description:  | Job duties: 
1, in charge of customer phone reception and customer consultation matters; 
2, according to customer requirements, responsible for receiving and tracking customer orders, handling quality complaints; 
3, according to the plan order review and production completion situation responsible for issuing shipping list; 
Assist the Logistics Department to arrange the distribution of the goods in a reasonable manner, and inform the customers of the delivery or shipment(including long-distance cargo tracking inquiries) in a timely manner; 
5, after the delivery of goods to inform the customer of the shipment, verification of receipt and recovery to verify the receipt of the shipping list signed; 
6, track the plan to arrange order production progress / order warehouse situation; 
 
 
Post requirements: 
1, men and women are not limited, college or above; 
2, have strong language expression, communication and organizational skills; 
3, can skillfully operate computer and office software; 
4, at least one year of work experience in the same position, with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated;
